We had big hopes for this boy who looked so much like his maternal grandsire, Adam. Shortly after he finished his championship at 7 months of age, however, Maverick died 9/6/2025 from acute Chagas Disease, a parasitic infection that is quickly spreading and becoming endemic in the United States.

Best Beginner Puppy in Show just shy of 5 months of age.

Maverick was an exciting young dog - we miss him.

Ch. Southwind's Rock Slide from NewPoint, MH CD RN VCA (Sly) x Sharpmtn's Moonlight Drive (Sassy)

Joy placed 2nd in the Bred-By-Exhibitor bitch class at the 2015 GSPCA National Specialty show! She finished her AKC Championship in 2015 as well.

Joy is a ball fiend and loves Agility - and why not? Her maternal side has lots of Agility competitors and Dad's side is full of performance titles as well.

We lost Joy way too soon, but she lives on in our hearts.
